Today was the day that we have been waiting and excited to arrive. It was the IHC school wide family picnic. Kristen and I had planned to go together all year long and we were lucky enough to grab Poppy, Uncle J, Lee and Roland to join us too. The weather was looking iffy this morning, but the sun came out in time for the picnic and it actually got hot out there.

Justin and I did some serious reminiscing about the old HFS days. It was so bittersweet to be back in that schoolyard.
One event closer to retirement.It has been one great day. The kids are napping now and then we will suit up and head out to honor many at the Relay for Life tonight.
