Fresh Salsa
It may not be a big deal to some of you, but I made my first batch of homemade salsa yesterday from all fresh ingredients and some of the tomatoes in our first garden. It turned out super yummy and I can't wait to make more and freeze it for the winter.

MMMM... yummo! Last summer I think I made homemade salsa every other day! Next year we'll have our own garden. This year I'll have to wait until Wednesday to get to the Market!
I LOVE homemade salsa! Looks delish. . .you'll be so glad you've frozen some when you're still tasting summer and it's 20 degrees outside one day this winter!
