The Syracuse Zoo

Despite the 90 degree temps on Friday we decided to take one last family adventure of the summer and go to the Syracuse Zoo with the kids. As they both grow at what we now feel is warp speeds it is hysterical to sit back and just watch them both. Seth is at the point where everything is a huge rush. Once we get to one animal we have to hurry to the next. It was constant "Mommy, Daddy come see this!" Leah on the other hand absolutely loved each and every animal and as you will see in many of the pictures her pointer finger was just moving in the air constantly. She was fascinated!

Check out her finger!
Plus that smile!
We loved playing with the sea otter. He was so fun!

For a split second Seth did think there was a tiger on the path.
It was so hot out that this tiger was burning Seth's butt!
At long last we had a Dipping Dots treat before heading home.
Leah thought they were amazing and couldn't get enough.
Then she conked out on the way home.
So did her brother!

I saw Seth and Ro that same night and Seth was talking all about the tiger. I love when kids get so excited about stuff!
