Heartbreaking News = Too Much Wine Consumption

Friday night we got some shocking news that we were anticipating, but didn't ever really want to hear. A little over a year ago we met a new family that moved into the area and we all became friends INSTANTLY. Picture the most laid back, funny, interesting and down to earth people and you have just described our friends Nate, Beth, Brenden and Parker Irwin. We met the Irwins last March and they fit into our little circle of friends perfectly. We all felt so lucky that they had moved to our little community. For the past year we have had play dates, cook outs, shrimp boils and endless laughs. We are so sad to say that in a little over a month they will be moving back to Pennsylvania to their family. We know that we will keep in touch and get together because they are only 5 hours away, but it will never be the same and we are coping with this loss. It is crazy to sit back and really think about all the memories that we have made in just one year.
Due to this bad news we ended up killing 2 magnum bottles of Red Cat and staying up extremely late laughing and talking. We have one month left with the Irwin's so we have just about every minute planned. We are utilizing all the time we have left with our wonderful friends.

Aww...thank you! You made me cry...again! I had a wonderful time that night and I hope to spend a bunch of time with you guys before we go, but you are right...we will still see each other and keep in touch! It was awesome how quickly we all became close, and I don't plan on letting that go any time soon! I love you guys and I'm going to miss you!

You couldn't be more right about the Irwin's fitting perfectly into our circle of friends. They are going to be missed tremendously. I'm already dreading the moment that we have to say goodbye to them.
