A Whirlwind of a Vacation

Day 1: Albany for an over night.
We decided to break up the trip to NH because Miss Leah is not a stellar car traveler. Thanks to my cousin Chris who works for Marriott, he was able to get us an amazing rate at a hotel in Albany. We got there around dinner time, grabbed a bite to eat and hoped to take a swim. The pool ended up being closed for repairs which caused two extremely sad faced kiddos. We decided to jump in the truck and look for fun. It just so happened that a mile down the road was a fun park with mini golf, go carts, batting cages and all sorts of other fun things.
Seth and Ro hit the go carts while Leah and I played in a play house. When we reunited we shot a round of mini golf together.
Friday morning we hit the road by 9am and headed to NH, but not before stopping at our very own rest area. Tee hee!

Yay! You did drive through Charlton! Love the shark pic, that is certainly one that will last through the years!
