We decided that since we weren't going south this spring break that we would plan a mini trip instead. We had driven through Niagara Falls during winter break to go to Great Wolf and said we wanted to go back and walk around so that's just what we did. We stayed at a hotel right near Clifton Hill so that we could walk everywhere and even though it was a bit chilly we really made the most of our time and made some great memories.
We were at the Sky Wheel at the perfect time to witness a marriage proposal and it was SO NEAT.
Roland has a HUGE fear of heights so riding the Sky Wheel was such a terrifying stretch for him. I thought he was going to faint. Poor guy.
We opted for the "Behind the Falls" experience instead of the Maid of the Mist. The kids were too scared to go on the boat.
Chocolate covered Twinkie anyone?
Our 24 hours in Niagara Falls pretty much rocked.
