It was a very exciting weekend of soccer for The Charlton Family. Friday night Seth tried Soccer Central in Syracuse and LOVED it. He will start going on Friday nights with some buddies from his team and he is very excited about it. Devin was such a great friend. He introduced Seth to many coaches and made him feel right at home.
Saturday was the tournament at the Y for Winter Session 2. The first game went into 4 overtimes and it was a crazy nail biter of a game. Seth's team ended up winning with a super smart goal by Nico. It was amazing.
The boys rested up before heading into the finals.
And...THEY WON. The championship game wasn't nearly as much fun to watch and the boys won 6-0. Regardless, they were undefeated for two sessions in a row and won the tournament two sessions in a row. This team has some serious heart and determination and they are super fun to watch.
Saturday night Seth had Brady spend the night and D came over with Pete to watch The Final Four. Our outdoor court is finally getting some use and I love it.
Monday started like this and ended with outdoor play with the kids. It was an awesome day.
One more week until cocktails on the beach. We are psyched.
