Last Thursday my crazy hall mates celebrated Star Force Day and made me wear a very interesting headband.
Friday at Seth's school once all of the testing was completed they had a reading day. This group of boys are such buddies and so good for one another. It is priceless.
Friday evening Seth had his 11 year physical. He got two shots like a champ and everything looks great. He headed to Soccer Central in Syracuse after.
While Seth was in Syracuse, Roland and I took Leah and Aliza to Family Bingo Night at Sherman.
On Saturday morning we went to rehearsal for Leah's First Communion.
Then we went to check out the water levels in Dexter, Sackets and at our marina. It was frightening.
Roland found the steal of the century on Craigslist and we are now the proud owners of a ping pong table. We have already had tons of fun and it is a welcome addition to the man cave in the basement.
Sunday was a special day that Leah has been working towards for two years now. It was her First Holy Communion and the day was perfect.
We are so grateful for our wonderful family who came from near and far to make this day so special for Leah.
Leah and her buddy Olivia
The girls, many of whom are also on Leah's soccer team.
We are grateful that Gram and Gramp were able to be there. Every day is a gift with them.
The cousins
Lots of ping pong was played at the lunch after First Communion.
Grandma Bonnie tried to do a chin up.
Leah LOVES spending time with her Aunt Joanie.
Great Grandma gave Leah a very special gift, her First Communion picture from over 80 years ago.
When Leah opened this gift from Aunt Sheryl I literally cried. It is very special.
A GREAT big thank you to all of our family for making yesterday so special. If you were able to come or just be there in spirit, we love you for it.
