After we came home from Spring Break one of the first items on our list was to go up and visit Gram and Gramp. We were so happy to see them after almost two weeks. Their flower beds were in full bloom and so lovely to look over.
Seth and Leah were very excited to show Gram how to use a fidget spinner. She was such a good sport as well.
We had been very worried about our wild pet turkey Georgia. She had disappeared over the winter, but she is back and visits daily now.
Friday night Leah was invited to a sleep over at Caitlin's house and Seth had his friend Cole stay the night so we decided to have our first bonfire of the year. The boys played on the trampoline and basketball court until we made them go to bed at midnight.
Devin and Bob stopped over after checking the progress on their new garage next door also so the three boys were able to hang out for a bit too.
On Saturday we took my mom for a birthday hike on Wellesley Island and it was gorgeous. The river is so high that it appeared some of the islands are about to flood though and that was scary to view.
Have you ever seen a tree hugging a rock? Now you have.
Seth got car sick and was exhausted from his sleepover so he ended up missing the hike and sleeping in the truck. Poor little duffer.
On Sunday we celebrated our friend Chris' birthday and the boys decided to give him an extra gift of this...
There are NO words.
Poor Chris
Grateful to have these wonderful ladies in my life. Such a fun Sunday Funday Birthday Celebration.
