Tuesday Roland had to travel to SYR to attend a big Pepsi end of the year meeting. When he came home he had all sorts of goodies to share and to report. The first and most important of them all was the fact that he was honored with a very special award.
It almost brought me to tears because he is our rock at home and now I know that he is also a role model at work too. He is one of the hardest workers I know and this award is very special. Along with the plague, he also received a new Colombia jacket, a travel zip drive and a gift card. Congratulations honey, we are very proud of you!

That is awesome and so deserved. I remember when I worked with Ro at the VAC, he was always the one people went to with questions and for help. He's the man.
